Terms & Conditions

The Basics

In these terms and conditions:
  • you / your means you, our customer.
  • we / us / our / TQE means the partnership trading as
    The Quarterly Edit  (ABN 19 623 107 601).

By obtaining goods or services from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge having read and understood them.

The TQE

Our TQE package includes the following services during the first three months:
  • the Consult
  • the Wardrobe Edit
  • the Shop
  • the Delivery
  • the Event
  • the Concierge
Specialised Services which you can add to the TQE include:
  • the Traveller
  • the Beauty Tutorial
  • the Booking

Please refer to our website which sets out what these services comprise and forms part of these terms and conditions. If we change our service offering we will update our website and let you know prior to the changes taking effect.

The Garments

As set out on our website, the Delivery includes a monthly delivery of garments chosen by our team of professional stylists to suit you.

The garments are delivered at no cost for you to try on for size and style. If an item is not quite right for you (for any reason), simply return it to us within 48hrs from the date of delivery through our complimentary courier. You agree to purchase any items not returned to us (for any reason) within this period for the prices set out in the proforma invoice included with your Delivery. Garments must be returned in their original condition (new, unused and with all TQE and designer garment tags still attached) or they will be deemed purchased by you and will be returned to you.

The Investment

You agree to pay to us the following fees for the TQE:
  • Initial Fee: payable on securing a date for the Wardrobe Edit.
  • Balance Fee: 7 days prior to your Wardrobe Edit booking date.
  • Quarterly Renewal Fee: payable every quarter, commencing on the date that is three months after the Balance Fee payment is due
  • Garment Costs: payable 48 hours from the date of delivery of the garments (refer to ‘The Garments’ section)
  • Specialised Services Fees: payable for any add-ons to the TQE that you request from us

The amount of the Initial Fee and Balance Fee will be set out in our follow up email to you after the Consult. These fees will cover the provision of the TQE up to the date that is three months after the Balance Fee is due.

Unless you notify us in writing not less than 10 days prior to the due date for the Quarterly Renewal Fee, the TQE will automatically renew for a further three month period and you agree to pay the Quarterly Renewal Fee for the renewed period. Any renewed periods of the TQE will include the Shop, Delivery, Event and Concierge.

You agree that we will automatically debit the fees set out in these terms and conditions to your credit card on the dates that the fees fall due and payable. If for whatever reason a debit to your nominated credit card fails, you agree to pay us the relevant amount owing by the next business day after we notify you of the failed payment.

Unless otherwise required by law, all amounts paid by you to us under these terms and conditions are non-refundable.

The General Terms

Unless we have your prior written approval, we will never publicly disclose that you are a client of ours or any personally identifiable information about you.

You agree to keep the amount of the Garment Costs and all other fees payable by you to us under these terms and conditions strictly confidential.
