    The Quarterly Edit is an elite quarterly service that provides clients with bespoke styling advice, 24/7 support, to-your-door delivery and access to new season collections – all tailored to the individual and designed to take the hard work out of looking impeccable.

    You only have one chance to make a first impression, which is why your clothes speak for you before you utter a word. In an image focused world, we see our role as confidence creators through the curation of functional, stylish and high quality wardrobes that flatter individual bodies and lifestyles.

    With all clothing delivered to your doorstep in our signature packaging, this premium service is perfect for the time-constrained, elite professional who recognises not only the power of image but the emotional effects of the way in which one dresses.

    The Quarterly Edit comprises six main components which combine to offer you the most elite and comprehensive service in Australia.

  3. Returns & Exchanges

    Returns
    Something not quite right in this delivery? Not a problem! Simply follow the steps below so that we can arrange collection of any items for return.

    1. Email us at concierge@thequarterlyedit.com.au within 48 hours of your receipt of this delivery
    2. Include your name, order number and ‘RETURN’ in your subject line
    3. Include your preferred pickup time and location

    And that’s it. We will be in touch to arrange collection of your items for return at a time that is convenient for you.

    Policy
    All items have been carefully assessed for marks and faults before being packed with love and care for delivery to you. We are only able to accept items for return that are unworn and unused, in their original condition and with all The Quarterly Edit and designer garments tags still attached.

  4. Faulty & Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, you may return it by simply by contacting us within 48hours of the date of delivery. Please contact concierge@thequarterlyedit.com.au for review, including your order number and purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and photos of the item.

    Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

  1. Package Insurance

    The goods are covered up to the time they are accepted by the recipient and from the time the recipient returns them to The Quarterly Edit i.e. the time items are in transit. Once the recipient removes them out of the packaging and tries them on or commences wearing them they are no longer insured and, as such, any damage to the goods is the responsibility of the recipient.

  2. Payments & Payment Methods

    The Quarterly Edit accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit and Direct Bank Transfer.

  3. Affiliates

    The Quarterly Edit is not affiliated to any single brand or store (digital or otherwise) either within or Australia or overseas.
